摘要

制造业是国家经济的支柱之一,同时也是评价一个国家科技实力和国防实力是否领先的重要标准。在机械制造业中,金属加工是机械制造过程中一个不可或缺的环节,而冷冲压技术是近代金属加工领域中的一个重要组成部分,是实现少切屑甚至无切屑的先进工艺。在现代工业生产中,剪板机是最重要的板材加工设备之一,而曲柄式剪板机是利用机械传动产生压力的实现冷冲压技术的重要机器之一,在冷冲压工艺中占有很大的比重。

曲柄式剪板机的动力由电动机提供,后通过传动系统把电动机的运动和能量传给工作机构,从而将工件发生确定的变形,达到剪切的目的。

本文设计了公称压力为60KN开式单点曲柄式剪板机。首先进行了剪板机的总体方案设计;然后设计了剪板机的机械传动系统;重点对曲柄滑块机构进行了分析设计,并对主要承载构件上刀片进行了工作能力校核及ANSYS应力分析;选择了合适的离合器和压料器。

ABSTRACT

Manufacturing is one of the pillars of the national economy. It is also an important criterion to evaluate whether a country's scientific and technological strength and national defense strength are ahead. In the machinery manufacturing industry, metal processing is an indispensable link in the process of mechanical manufacturing, and cold stamping technology is an important part of the field of modern metal processing, and it is an advanced technology to realize small chip or even no chip. In the modern industrial production, the shearing machine is one of the most important processing equipment, and the crank shears are one of the most important machines to realize the cold stamping technology using mechanical transmission, and it occupies a large proportion in the cold stamping process.

The power of the crank shears is provided by the motor, and then the motion and energy of the motor are passed to the working mechanism through the transmission system, thus the deformation of the workpiece is determined and the purpose of shearing is achieved.

 The open type single point crank shearing machine with a nominal pressure of 60KN is designed. First, the overall scheme of the shearing machine is designed; then the mechanical transmission system of the machine is designed; the emphasis is on the analysis and design of the crank slider mechanism, and the ANSYS stress analysis is carried out on the blade of the main bearing member; the suitable clutch and pressure feeder are selected.
