遇到的问题

※ 终端 -> 新建终端 报错如下：

终端进程启动失败: Access was denied to the path containing your executable C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe. Manage and change your permissions to get this to work.。
解决方案：切换成Cmd 控制台终端
