沟通,让团队成员凝聚成一个有机的整体;制定高效的沟通机制;工具,是团队高效率协作的倍增器;免扰模式;健康工作

Support found issue:

can't delay/block, all flow need to consider the backup plan;

can't be any inaccurate, all column data should know the source;

 

If do new feature

if there is a requirement, we could know the reason, find out the details,

do the design, implement the code, log the point to figure out the issue

 

maintain:

if there is extension, we could know how to fix it or refactor the structure

 

support:

if there is a issue, we could know how to check, what's the short/long term solution

 

qa:

if there is a issue and existed in prodcution env, it is regresion issue, could fix later if time limited
